About MyFunkyTravel
Well it is pretty simple really. The site is about the love of travel, discovering new places and learning about the world.
MyFunkyTravel.com started in 2010 after some fun backpacking experiences in South East Asia and random parts of Eastern Europe. It has grown slowly since and we're still pretty small-time in the grand old scheme of things but hopefully you will find it remotely useful on your wanders around the planet.
Another big aim of the site is hopefully to inspire people to go travelling who perhaps have always thought about but never quite got around to taking the leap.
